Now Ballast, the name reflects the team’s role as a counterbalance, providing stability for the journey. Their work requires that they see things differently. That they combine attention to detail with an eye toward the future. Focus, perspective. This idea is at play in the mark. The colors are both confident and approachable. The photography is always in black and white; it’s minimal and contemplative. Color shines through as an accent, a chance to stop and think.
