Bullhorn was founded in 2008. We are a team of 14 designers, writers, website builders, and account managers. We have grown organically based on the quality of our work. From day one, our biggest source of new business has been referrals and word of mouth. It’s time to take the next step. We’re ready. And we are seeking a new team member to help us grow.


Compensation

Salary and commission for this position will be commensurate with experience and location.

About the Position

This is a remote position based in the Eastern or Central time zones, with some travel required. We are seeking a full- or part-time employee to head new client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have agency experience growing and running an effective sales system, maintaining long-term relationships, opening doors, and closing contracts.

The Director of Client Partnerships (title subject to change) will primarily be responsible for new business. You will serve as the door opener with new contacts, screening potential leads to determine if they need our services and match our values. At Bullhorn, everyone works closely together. The Director of Client Partnerships will have the authority to propose and close new business as they see fit. You will also work closely with our Director of Operations, Language Director, Creative Director, and several partners to propose and secure new business.

What You Will Do
+ Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients

+ Help enhance overall sales system, including deployment of new tools (CRM, procurement registration, etc.)
