The transformation year

We traveled to seven states, made appearances in Greece, crossed Canada, and covered thousands of miles in Central and South America. We made over 30 videos, designed and developed a new website for ourselves, and put out an impact report to be proud of. We got Covid (again), spread mulch, and deconstructed waterlogged bicycles. We art directed toddlers, fashion models, and each other. We got better at saying the word Svelte. We generated hundreds of physical and digital post-it notes and fell harder for FigJam. We learned what it feels like to flatten, think wrong, and get hacked. We spent more time one-on-one with teammates and got really honest about our hopes and dreams. And our challenges. We had some of our best and hardest conversations this year.

We’re ready to try some big, new things in 2024.
